Shipping

Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day.

UK standard. 5 to 7 business days, £4.99. Free on orders over £50.

UK express. 1 to 3 business days, £9.99.

International. We ship to over 40 countries. Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days and starts at £10.99, free over £100. Customs fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email keeppushingactivewear@gmail.com. Once accepted, we'll send a return label, the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request first can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item? Check your order on arrival and contact us straight away so we can make it right.

Exceptions. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds. We'll let you know once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
